As the president and founder of Advanced College Planning, David specializes in helping parents of college-bound students improve their financial aid picture and position themselves to pay for college on a tax-favored basis. David understands that retirement plans either thrive or fail, depending on how well you plan for college.  He is a graduate from the University of Connecticut and holds a Certified Financial Planning Designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO.

David has been involved with many groups and committees interested in making it possible for every student to be able to afford and attend their dream college. He is an accomplished speaker, having lectured to many Financial Planners who wanted to successfully navigate the college planning process for their clients. He is also the author of a college planning practice training manual. David has been featured in national media publications such as Real Simple Magazine and several news pieces where he was asked to share his decades of experience in the college planning field.

He is active in the local community as a member of the Finance Council at his church. David resides in Wethersfield, CT with his wife Leslie and their two daughters, Julia and Amelia who currently attend the University of Connecticut. His hobbies include golf, tennis and pickleball.
